NSSCC is extremely fortunate to have Mark as the Chief Judge for this prestigious competition. He is one of New Zealand’s most qualified and highly respected culinary judges and holds unit standard 21856 -.
He has worked in hotels and restaurants around the world as a national and international award winning chef. Mark actively supports industry growth and youth, he has run New Zealand’s largest apprenticeship scheme and trained many chefs to reach great success in competitions.
Mark was recently the General Manager of locally-owned food service leader Cater Plus, who provide catering management solutions to over 40 organisations nationwide while setting the standard for innovation, quality and outstanding customer service. Mark is now working with Key Accounts for Southern Hospitality across New Zealand.
